Delivery Address Modifications
Please check your shipping address carefully when placing your order. Once the order has been shipped, we are no longer able to modify it.
Order Cancellation Policy
If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order is shipped (ideally within 12 hours). If an order has already been shipped, please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Please note that for logistical reasons, once an order has been processed for shipping, it can no longer be cancelled.
Parcels Damaged in Transit
If you notice that a package is damaged during transit, please, if possible, refuse the package from the courier and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered while you were not present, please contact customer service at: contact@icegym.co.uk
Note: If all packages have arrived and you are still missing a product, contact customer service via email immediately.
